Shipping policy

We ship across the EU and the United Kingdom from our warehouse in the EU.

Times and costs

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day. Delivery takes 2–5 working days. Shipping is free above the threshold shown in the header of the shop; below it, the exact cost is calculated at checkout before payment.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Customs and duties

Deliveries within the EU and to the UK are made with the duties and import VAT paid by us, so you do not receive a separate customs invoice.
